How to Order

What do we need?

A basic plant with a capacity of 1 average kitchen per day would consist of the following:

(1) Floor scale
(1) Sand / Gravel Bucket
(1) Imer Vertical Shaft Mixer
(1) Vibrating Table
(1) Turning Station
(3) Roller conveyer sections. This would give you a total of 40 LF of Curing space, (3) 10 ft. roller conveyer sections + (1) 10' turning station that comes with an integral rollers. This would be enough room for (5) 4 x 8 sheets of plywood.
(2) 6' x 25' Electric Concrete Curing Blankets.
Fabrication Carts: This would depend on whether or not you wanted to store the pieces on carts until they are loaded for delivery. We do 2 to 3 kitchens per week with 25 carts. Obviously it depends on a lot of variables.
(1) Concrete trailer delivery system (customer supplies trailer).
(1) Multi task delivery cart.

Proposals:

Pinnacle Cast Concrete™ will provide a written proposal based on customer request. We have provide some basic pricing on items, we will also bid plants as a complete package.

Request for proposals can be sent via email or fax.

Placing Orders:

Please mail or fax a signed copy of the proposal. A deposit of 25% is due at the time of order placement. A finale payment of 75% is due prior to shipping. Checks or credit card are an acceptable form of payment.

Time:

Fabrication of vibrating tables, turning stations, fabrication carts, delivery systems, and multi task delivery cart usually takes about 4 weeks from order placement. Scales, mixers, electric blankets, and roller conveyers ship in under 1 week.
